Natalie November 2025 "Our 2 dogs were in excellent hands with Ella. Couldn't recommend her more highly. We have an energetic 2 year old and slowing 14 year old. Both with very different needs. We came home from a week away to a clean house and 2 very happy and relaxed dogs. Ella checked in with updates regularly and sent lots of photos. She is a lovely person and great to deal with."

They are always excited to see her and she is so attentive to their individual needs. She also sends us updates and photos during her time caring for them (on her own initiative). He doesn't miss a beat when she looks after him. Ted loves to play and clearly has the best time when he's with her. Ella really loves our dog almost as much as he loves her. She is also extremely reliable and, although I miss Ted when we're away, I never have to worry about him.
