What is Badge ID?

Your Badge ID is your unique Elite identifier, starting with TE followed by three numbers (e.g. TE000). It is linked to your Elite profile and helps us accurately track your monthly Team Quiz completions and engagement.

What is my unique QR code?

Accepted Answer

Your unique QR code is linked to your Badge ID and is used when training your store team. When your team members scan your QR code, they’ll be taken directly to the Team Quiz with your Badge ID automatically applied, ensuring their completion is counted towards your monthly engagement. We recommend saving your QR code to your phone and printing a copy to keep somewhere accessible for your team.

Where can I find my Badge ID and unique QR code?

Your Badge ID and unique QR code are provided in your “Welcome to the Samsung Elites Program” email when you join. Your QR code will be included as an attachment, with your Badge ID shown in the email. Can’t find them? Reach out to the Samsung Elites Team or your Territory Manager and we can help.

Question 4

How do I reach 100% monthly engagement as an Elite?

To achieve 100% monthly engagement, complete the Team Training Module on S+ and take your store team through the training. Once finished, ask your team members to scan your unique QR code and complete the Team Quiz. You’ll need a minimum of 3 Team Quiz completions each month to meet your engagement requirement, but the more, the merrier! 🙌

Is there a tool I can use to train my store team members?

Yes! Each month, a Team Session Support Pack will be available on Linktree to make training your store team quick and easy. The pack includes ready-to-use slides, talking points and presenter notes, so you don’t need to create a training session from scratch. Simply open the deck, check the notes underneath each slide and use them as-is or make them your own.

What are Quarterly Check-ins?

The Quarterly Check-In is a mandatory requirement for all Elites and is completed once per quarter. It gives you an opportunity to confirm your details and Loan Device information, as well as share feedback on your experience in the Elites program.

Question 8

What is the End User Agreement (EUA)?

The End User Agreement (EUA) outlines the terms and conditions of participating in the Samsung Elites Program, including your responsibilities as an Elite and the use of your Loan Device. You may be required to review and accept an EUA at different stages of the program, such as when receiving or changing your Loan Device. We’ll let you know whenever action is required from you.

Where can I connect with Fellow Elites?

You can connect with fellow Elites through the Elite Community Hub on Teams! It’s a space to share wins, ideas and experiences, see what other Elites are up to, and stay connected with the wider Elite community. You’ll usually be added to the Community Hub once you’ve been onboarded into the Elites program.

What are Loan Devices?

Loan Devices are provided to help you explore and experience the latest Galaxy devices. They’re designed to build your confidence, deepen your product knowledge, and support you in demonstrating features in-store. These devices remain the property of Samsung and require quarterly check-ins, with a planned return at a later stage. To help keep your device in good condition, we recommend holding onto the original retail box. This makes it easier to protect the device and return or transfer if it needed. We appreciate your support in taking care of your device 🤍

Why Loan Devices?

We use Loan Devices to keep the program more sustainable and reduce environmental impact. When it’s time to refresh devices, previous ones are collected for recycling, helping keep the program up-to-date while being more environmentally responsible. This also ensures you always have access to the latest devices from our lineup!

What happens if a Loan Device is lost/stolen?

If a Loan Device is lost or stolen, please report it as soon as possible via the Formsite link on this Linktree page. Reporting it promptly helps us take the right steps.

What happens if a Loan Device is damaged (out of warranty)?

If a Loan Device is damaged and out of warranty, please report it using the Formsite link on this Linktree page. Samsung will review your request and, where possible, arrange a one-time free-of-charge (FOC) repair. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

What happens if a Loan Device is faulty (in warranty)?

If a Loan Device has a fault and is still under warranty, please report it using the same Formsite link on this Linktree page. Samsung will provide a Proof of Purchase (POP) for the repair and guide you on the next steps.

Why is there a message in the notification panel on the Loan Device?

To help with clear identification, a message stating "This loan device is allocated and owned by the Samsung Elites Program." appears in the notification panel. This message ensures all relevant parties can recognise the device and cannot be removed.

What is Knox Guard?

Knox Guard is Samsung’s security solution designed to protect Loan Devices. If a device is reported lost or stolen, Knox Guard restricts access, preventing unauthorised use while allowing Samsung to manage security remotely. Rest Assured—your privacy is our priority and we can’t access any of your information on the device.
