Hired Eliteco last minute for a structural inspection. They were very fast to communicate, access the property, and write up a report. They throughly inspected everything. Highly recommend.

I had some work done in the summer time, I’d give this company a solid 3 maybe a 3 1/2 due to how nice the workers were. They are very reasonable on initial pricing but it’s just certain things I believe professionals should be done. More prices were added on along the way due to things not being accounted for in the initial walk through. I contracted this company to finish my basement and I now have noticeable gaps below the trim because it wasn’t leveled. I think that is something that should be communicated to a paying customer before finishing. I now have to buy trim for it to meet the floor. The basement came out nice but as a professional during your initial walk through everything should be accounted for so that when you provide the quote there’s shouldn’t be too much adjusting. I had to come out of pocket an extra $2,000-3000 due to additional add ons that should have been caught prior. Again the work was good for the price they gave.

We hired EliteCo to renovate two bathrooms, our kitchen, and add a roof deck wet bar—and the results were incredible. From the very first consultation, they were professional, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve our vision.<br><br>The kitchen now feels like something out of a design magazine—we get so many compliments on the open layout and waterfall counter. Both bathrooms turned out beautifully, especially the master with the walk-in shower and heated floors. The wet bar next to the deck is now our favorite place to host guests.<br><br>Every crew member was tidy and respectful. They stuck to the timeline, communicated regularly, and asked the right questions. We’ve already recommended Eliteco to two friends and will absolutely use them again for future projects.
