This helps to flush toxins from your body and supports overall recovery. 2. ICE IT! - If you experience any soreness or discomfort, apply ice to the affected area for 15-20 minutes every hour as needed. Wrap the ice in a cloth or a towel to avoid direct contact with the skin. 3. STRETCH IT! - Gentle stretching to maintain flexibility and reduce tension. Hold stretches for 15-20 seconds and repeat 3 times. 4. WATCH IT! - Be attentive to any changes in your symptoms.
