I’m a small-town soul from Kapuskasing, Northern Ontario, but I’ve now started traveling the world, soaking in new experiences and deepening my work. My mission? To help you break free from the stories that keep you stuck and step into your desires and your most authentic, expressive, and turned-on self. Life is too short to not live fully, unapologetically YOU. For the past few years, I’ve been diving deep in the world of somatics, energy, and pleasure—learning how to heal and transform through the body, mind, and spirit. I guide my clients toward powerful self-awareness, untamed authentic expression, movement, and a deep connection to their bodies, desires, and pleasure.
