We deliver to 3 km radius from our Theni store within  30minutes for regular customer orders.

For instiutional orders, delivery coverage may be extended—contact us to confirm.

If there’s any issue with your delivery, please contact our customer support team on Call / WhatsApp immediately. We’ll resolve it promptly.

We accept Cash, UPI, Card payments for individual orders. For institutional clients, we offer Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Card(Extra Fee Applicable for Card Payments).

We accept returns for defective or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery for consumer orders - Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

Institutional clients can return damaged, defective, incorrect, or short-shelf-life products within 7 business days. Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Eligible returns will be replaced, refunded, or credited for future purchases. Perishables are non-returnable unless defective. Contact our support team with product details for approval. Free pickups are available within delivery zones.
