Yes. Mega Pro is accessible for beginners and layered for progression. Our instructors offer clear guidance and options throughout the class so you can move at your own pace while still being challenged as you build strength and confidence.

How do I book a class?

All classes are booked via the Clubist app.

Download the app, create an account, purchase a class or package, and book directly from the schedule.

Do you offer pre-natal classes?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer dedicated pre-natal classes. Some classes may be suitable with clearance.

Before attending:

Medical doctor’s note required

Waiver must be signed in the Clubist app

Mind & Body Room:
Barre, FORM, Yoga, Heroboard (no core)
Trainers will modify as needed.

Megaformer Room:
Allowed only if you had Megaformer experience before pregnancy.
Not recommended for first-timers while pregnant.

Dark Room: 
ENGINE not recommended.
STRENGTH recommended with low-intensity treadmill options.

What are your prices and packages?

Options include single classes, multi-class packs, and Discovery Packages.

When does my package activate?

Accepted Answer

Single sessions & Discovery Packages activate on the date of purchase.

Any 5/10/15 Packages activate from first use.

You will be able to book classes immediately once your purchase is complete.

Is parking available?

Accepted Answer

Limited valet parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving a little early in case valet spaces are full.

If valet is unavailable, on-street RTA parking is nearby, or complimentary parking is available at Marina Mall for up to three hours.

From Marina Mall, exit by Wagamamas and walk across the bridge. Clubist and thirtyfour are directly across the water. The walk takes approximately 10 minutes.
