How will I know if I have forms to fill out?

Usually you will be made aware when you book the appointment.  Any new guest you bring along will always have forms that need updated or filled out if it is their first time here.  Generally we advise all guests to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time to avoid using any of their scheduled session time for forms.  If forms are not needed, you get extra decompression time while waiting comfortably in our tranquility room for your scheduled service.

Why does my session feel less than the time that was booked?

All 30 minute services are 20 minutes hands-on, all 60 minute services are 50 minutes hands-on and all 90 minute services are 80 minutes of hands-on time.   If the client runs late and has forms to fill out, we deduct from that time because of how the appointments are booked and cannot always extend past the booked appointment time. Generally the ten minute buffer is a comfortable cushion of time between appointments to allow for a consultation with your therapists, time to change 
(dressing/undressing), and allows the therapist to flip the room before the next client's appointment time.

What are the membership benefits?

Here is a summary overview of your wellness plan at a glance.

● The Membership Wellness Plan is $80 per month (plus tax) . First payment is 30 days from your enrollment date and you receive Member pricing immediately. The Wellness Plan is a recurring monthly charge.

● With each monthly payment, receive one 60 minute customized Massage, Facial or Stretch. Advanced Skin Care is an additional cost.  Monthly credits roll-over if not used.

● Receive additional monthly sessions at the Member
discounted rate ($70 for a 60 minute).

● Use your Membership at any location, nationwide.

● Transfer an accrued package to a friend or family member for $10 to a new guest each month and to the same person once every six months.

Question 12

Will there be any surprise charges?

No, there shouldn’t be any surprises.  Every month your membership billing will occur.  When you arrive for service, we process any available accrued packages (wellness sessions) first.  If one is not available, you will be charged your member rate for the service held and any service enhancements that were added at your request to customize your session.

What if I only want part of my body massaged for my session?

You can ask for either a full-body massage (for general relaxation) or a customized session focusing on specific parts of your body. And remember, your comfort matters. Feel free to talk with your therapist as much, or as little, as you wish.  A massage should make you feel good and communication with your therapist is key. You can tell your therapist that you’d like more or less pressure, what areas you’d like to target, what might be causing you discomfort, and more. Your feedback will help them deliver the best experience possible.

What’s the difference between a 60 minute and 90 minute facial?

Your Customized Facial starts with a cleanse/steam treatment, skin analysis, customized exfoliation mask, and extractions (as needed). Your session will conclude with a customized treatment mask and finishing treatment. A 90-minute session includes the same steps as the 60-minute session, but with more time and attention spent at each stage of the facial process.  A facial is an overall relaxing experience. However, there may be occasional, minor discomfort associated with the extraction process of a facial. Always maintain open lines of communication with your esthetician.

What if I want to try a stretch session?

Wear or pack comfy clothes that allow you to move freely during your stretch session. You’ll also want to drink plenty of water, so your muscles and soft tissue are hydrated for maximum benefits (and bendiness).  You’ll review your personalized form with your stretch provider and discuss the areas of your body you'd like to address. Your session time includes up to 10 minutes for consultation before and after your stretch session.  After a brief warm-up, your stretch provider will begin the Total Body Stretch session starting with your neck and progressing down to your feet.  During the stretches, all you need to do is relax and breathe deeply.  Total Body Stretch featuring the Streto Method is designed to ease your mind so your body will follow.  Each stretch is held for a minimum of 30 s

Can I book appointments myself?

Yes, You can book appointments, add enhancements, and search to see which service providers have availability regardless if business is open so you can keep coming back to your favorites.  There is a rolling 6 week visibility of schedules.  Once the App is downloaded, scroll down to the “create your account” link.  Fill out the requested form and set your password.  By using the email associated with your membership, it will connect directly with your membership benefits.  Remember to confirm your verification email to complete the process.
