Since most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there was an error on our part in the production or fulfillment of your order. For pre-made products, we accept returns and offer refunds within five days of receiving the item, as long as the product is in unused and undamaged condition. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within five business days.
