I was referred to Daniel at Boulevard Finance by a family friend, and I'm so incredibly grateful that I was.<br><br>I wasn't actually planning on buying a property just yet, but I came across a home that I loved and decided to see if I could make it happen. The auction was less than three weeks away, I had nothing in place, and I really had no idea where to start.<br><br>I reached out to Daniel and he got back to me immediately. From there, both he and Alanna were fantastic. They moved incredibly quickly, were always available when I needed them, and made what felt like a very overwhelming process seem a lot more manageable.<br><br>They went above and beyond to make this happen for me, and I genuinely don't think I would have had the same outcome elsewhere. Given how little time we had, I honestly think a lot of brokers would have turned me away or not given my situation the attention it needed. Daniel and Alanna treated it as though it was just as important to them as it was to me.<br><br>As a first-home buyer, I had a lot of questions. They were always patient, explained things clearly, and never made me feel silly for asking. No matter how many emails or phone calls I made, they were always happy to help.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, I was able to secure finance in time, confidently go to auction, and purchase the property, only 17 days from when I first reached out to them. Just incredible.<br><br>I genuinely can't thank Daniel and Alanna enough. Buying a home is stressful enough, especially when you're doing it for the first time, but having them in my corner made the world of difference.<br><br>Words do not do it justice. I genuinely cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make my dream a reality x

We had such an incredible experience with Boulevard Finance from start to finish. Dan and Alanna were terrific In helping my wife and I secure our first home loan. The scenarios were constantly changing however Dan and Alanna were able to overcome those changes and help us buy our first home. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker
