Can I have an early Check-in?

Check-in begins at 3PM, however if you call us on the day of arrival we will see if the property is ready. If it has been serviced you may check in earlier. 
When calling please provide your name, arrival date and name of the property you are staying at. If you cannot get through via phone call, please text us with the same information and your query.

If you have booked during peak times and/or holidays, we cannot offer an early Check-in.

Can I have a late Check-out?

Please ask us for a late Check-out sooner rather than later, and we will see if it's possible. Late check-out fee is £20

Can I Check-in late?

Check-in later than 2100hrs or later than 1700hrs on weekends/bank holidays will incur a £30 surcharge if your check-in is a meet and greet. 
If you are a Self Check-in, you can arrive as late as you like. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum if arriving late.

Can I store my bags?

There are several luggage storage companies across York. We advise using the VisitYork website to look for recommended luggage storage facilities.

Can I park?

Accepted Answer

If your stay offers parking, please get in touch ahead of time to arrange parking. Please note we may ask for your car details to register you to our digital permits. Please check the property listing for where you'll stay to see if we offer parking.

I can't find the Key Safe code

Please check for any messages on your booking platform. If you have provided your email address, please check your junk and spam inboxes. If you still can't find check-in details, please get in touch.

Can I add an extra night to my stay?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, if the apartment is available we can book you in!

Can I add a Celebration Package?

Accepted Answer

We provide personalised celebration packs to add that special touch to your stay! 
Starting from just £30, we curate your celebration package with whatever goodies you would like. Some examples include beer, wine, chocolates, cheeses and much more!
If you'd like to add a Celebration Package to your stay, please get in touch at least a week before arriving.

Are pets allowed?

Some of our properties allow pets. Please ask before your arrival. There will be a charge of £20 per pet, per stay.

What amenities do you provide?

Can you provide extra bedding?

We can provide extra bedding for £25. If your property has a sofa-bed, there will be a £25 charge to make this up for you.

When do I pay?

If you have not already paid for your stay through a travel agent, we will take the payment for your booking up to 14 days before your arrival.

Do you provide cots and high chairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can provide cots and highchairs at a cost of £15

Question 16

Do you post forgotten items?

Accepted Answer

We can post anything you've left behind for a standard fee of £15. Any item with a higher value than £15 will cost the standard fee, plus the cost of tracked/insured postage. If you have left something behind during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible.
