I explore how different levels of visual fidelity influence users’ recognition, preference, and emotional responses. Through real-world research and close collaboration with users in Nepal and Sweden, I emphasize the importance of understanding end-users holistically. She also developed the Visual Alignment Framework (VAlign), a practical tool applicable across cultural and disciplinary contexts.
