Andy Howie is a self-releasing singer-songwriter from rural Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland. Writing and performing from the piano, his songs sit in the quiet space between indie-rock, folk, country, and gospel — intimate, direct, and built around real vocals and real piano, with assisted instrumental arrangement developed under his own direction and approval throughout. Themes of connection, memory, doubt, and hope run through the work. Shaped by love, faith and struggles in the world that Andy writes into his songs directly rather than around. His debut album, "Look to the Skies," is out in November 2026 — 12 tracks spanning the full range of his sound, from the urgency of lead single "The Flames" to the warmth of "Songs in our Heads." Recorded and produced from Urchin Studios in London and his home studio in South-West Scotland, it's a record about the quiet moments that change everything
