About Sarah
Sarah is a certified Yogaspirit® teacher, having recently completed her 200-hour training (RYT). An avid runner, she began practicing yoga in 2012 as a form of cross-training to improve her form, flexibility, and overall strength. Finding the movements of yoga to be therapeutic for both her body and mind, she continues to deepen her practice for the inner peace and the mental shift it creates. As a mental health advocate with a B.S. in Psychology, she hopes to help others feel the real physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits yoga can have on one’s body, mind, and soul. Her classes focus on form and strength, with a slow flow and longer held poses.
