I'm traveling with someone. Can my guest attend?

Yes!

ALL guests are welcome to attend the Friday Neon Nights Fun Night & Bingo at no charge! The more the merrier!

If your significant other or other guest is traveling with you and would like to participate in Saturday's activities as well, they are welcome to register as a guest. Registration includes Saturday events/lunch/product pack. Register guests for Saturday by completing the Jotform. (18+ only due to space)

Is there transportation from the Phoenix airport (PHX) to the event location?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Hilton Phoenix Airport Hotel provides complimentary hotel shuttles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. See their website for details.

Question 3

Do I need to rent a car?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want to! The hotel provides complimentary shuttles to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, and has an on-site restaurant for meals.

Question 4

Do I have to stay at the event hotel?

Accepted Answer

No. If you are local, you can go home Friday night and come back Saturday. If you're traveling, you may book one of our discounted rooms alone or with friends, or stay off property in a location of your choosing.

What's the weather like in Phoenix in September?

HOT! It's summer year round here! Plan for temps in the 90's and 100's! But remember it's a dry heat! ;) Pack that swimsuit for a late night swim, and take advantage of the chance to wear your sandals in the fall!

That said, air conditioning can be chilly - and we'll be inside - so if you tend to get cold in AC plan accordingly!

What should I wear?

Friday night is our Neon Nights Bingo & Fun Night! Break out that neon, think all things 80's, and go big! There just might be some prizes for best dressed!

Saturday is business casual. We did design an (optional) event shirt that you can purchase to wear with us on Saturday! Details & pic on the Jotform. Shirts will be distributed Friday night to those who order.

Are meals included?

Lunch on Saturday will be provided to all salesforce and guests who register.

The hotel also offers an onsite restaurant (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/phxahhf-hilton-phoenix-airport/dining/), and there are also local restaurants nearby for all other dining needs.

What is the cancelation policy?

Accepted Answer

This shouldn't matter because you are NOT going to want to miss this! But we know life happens.... so:

50% of event registration is refundable for cancelation by Aug 31. No refunds for cancelation in September.

Cancellation of hotel reservations must be made 3 business days prior to arrival or one night room and tax charges will prevail.

Will there be Tupperware or 50/50 raffles?

Yes!

We will have raffles on Friday night at the Neon Nights Fun Night Bingo for family, friends, and guests!

We will have NEW raffles on Saturday for all attendees!

Raffle tickets for both categories (Tupperware AND 50/50 raffles) are $5 for a sleeve of 20 tickets, with no limit to how many can be purchased!
