Shangpu is from Quezon City and started writing around 2018 or 2019. She’s a registered author/writer at NBDB. Her friend, who used to write stories, introduced her to making stories; she tried it and started to make stories on Wattpad, which she eventually enjoyed and created more. Shangpu’s only goal for her writing journey is to make a lot of stories until she can still write and her creative juices are still flowing, aside from wanting to become a published author someday. 

The story behind her pseudonym ‘shangpu’ is that the ‘shang’ came from her nickname when she was a child until now, while the ‘pu’ comes from purple, which is her favorite color, and she combined them so it became her pseudonym—Shangpu.

She is studying hospitality management, and aside from writing, she loves reading books, cats, and listening to music. She loves having alone time with herself and loves to stay up all night.
