Shadow Work Coaching
Shadow work coaching is a personal development practice that helps you explore the unconscious patterns, beliefs, emotional wounds, fears, and protective behaviors that may be influencing your life from behind the scenes. Through guided reflection, inquiry, embodiment practices, and practical tools, shadow work coaching supports greater self-awareness, personal responsibility, emotional resilience, and authentic self-expression.
Shadow work coaching is not about "fixing" you. It is about bringing awareness to the hidden aspects of yourself so that you can make more conscious choices, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
As a Shadow Work Coach, I provide guidance, education, and support for personal growth, self-reflection, and emotional exploration. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or mental health professional, and my services are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or medical care.
I encourage clients to use coaching as a complement to, rather than a replacement for, therapy with a licensed mental health professional when appropriate.
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice, and I take the privacy of all client communications seriously. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible. However, if I become aware of a credible threat of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is otherwise required by law, I may be obligated to break confidentiality and notify appropriate parties or emergency services.
By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and limitations of coaching and accept responsibility for your own well-being, choices, and actions.
