Our family of 7 (youngest being 5 years old) had a blast with tour guide Kyle on the UTVs. He was funny, friendly, and very accommodating. If you have experience riding atv/utv, let them know, he’ll make sure you get to have a great time! Some of our family, 5 year old included, did 3 zip lines. Madi and Riley did a great job calming our little guy down and made sure he had a great experience. We all had a great time and Riley even showed us a few tricks! If we ever get back down here from PA, we will be sure to stop back in!

We visited Jayell Ranch for the second time today and had another fantastic experience! We went out for an ATV ride, and Jeff was an outstanding guide. He was funny, witty, and engaging while always remaining professional and respectful. Since it was just the two of us in the group, we got a more personalized experience and had an absolute blast on the trails. Jeff even made time to stop for pictures and share a few stories along the way, which made the ride even more memorable. Afterward, Austin took us on the tractor train to the animal encounters. It was clear he has a genuine passion for the animals. He was especially knowledgeable about the birds and kangaroos and was happy to share interesting facts throughout the tour. One of the highlights was getting to feed lettuce to the goats and rabbits! We also got to meet Abu the capuchin monkey, who completely stole the show. He was incredibly sweet and affectionate at first, happily soaking up attention, and then decided it was time to play. Watching his personality shine through was such a fun and memorable part of our visit. From the ATV adventure to the animal encounters, everyone we interacted with helped make the day enjoyable. We had a great time and will definitely be returning—next time with the kids in tow!

10/10 experience! Ashton and Jacob were great hosts on the zip lines… which were super fun and very kid-friendly; my 4 and 5yo loved it! Jaylee was our horseback guide and she was super dynamic and we all loved the walk through the forest and hills! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, especially if you have young kids… there’s a lot for everyone to do!
