I’ve found Rob to be incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to mobility. He helped me with an ongoing shoulder issue by identifying the areas that needed strengthening, which has not only helped keep me injury-free but has also allowed me to continue progressing with my CrossFit training.<br>I would highly recommend both his 1-to-1 sessions and his mobility programme. The programme has been easy to fit around my schedule, I simply pop into the gym when I can, and every exercise is demonstrated on video, so there’s never any uncertainty about the movements. I can genuinely feel the difference it has made, and I’m moving better than I was before.

I gave Rob a tricky task of trying to rehab my ankle ahead of my first marathon with only a few months to do so. Rob is patient, great at explaining bio-mechanics and figuring out what was going on. His years of experience was evident right from the start. The exercises were simple yet effective and were be adapted and switched up if needed.<br><br>I did indeed run the marathon and the ankle held out. I can't thank and recommend Rob enough!

*Life Changing*<br><br>Rob gave me back a pain free life! ❤️‍🩹🙌<br><br>I was struggling with severe groin, hip and lower back pain. Not just after training, even 5min walks or longer periods of standing during every day life tasks. From taking painkillers to be able to take my kids to school, to avoiding standing tickets for music gigs.<br><br>After attending one of Robs group workshops, I felt confident in his depth of knowledge and passion for how the body works.
