CEO and C0-Founder of NRJ Media Group, Norma Garcia is a distinguished entertainment industry leader with extensive experience across motion pictures, home entertainment, TV, premium cinema tech, and ethical AI. She held key roles at Lucasfilm—leading global marketing for Star Wars, The Clone Wars, Red Tails, and Indiana Jones—and at Paramount, where she oversaw campaigns for The Godfather and Mission: Impossible. She helped launch Dolby Cinema worldwide and elevated the premium experience at THX.

Currently, Norma is studying ethical AI at Stanford, focusing on responsible applications in entertainment. Recognized among the Top 50 Women Leaders in San Francisco and Global Cinema, she mentors through Women in Exhibition and the UNIC Women’s Leadership Program. She serves on the boards of the Poppy Jasper Film Festival and Women in Consumer Technology, and is a member of the Television Academy. Norma holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona.
