I love this gym! It’s always clean, organized, and very welcoming. I feel comfortable and motivated every time I come.<br><br>Ali is my trainer, and she is amazing! She is very kind, patient, and always motivates me to do my best. Her classes are fun and make me feel stronger every day.<br><br>I’m so happy to be part of this gym. Highly recommend!

I've been working out with Ali for about a month, and she's terrific! (Also with Rick for a month and he too was fantastic) She is an expert at strength training and pushes me (in a good way :)) to challenge myself to do more, maintain proper form, and keep on going. She's also extremely personable and engaging which makes the sessions very enjoyable. The studio is clean, convenient, and always has parking - these were critical for me! I am so glad that I found Myth and hope to be a client for a long time.

Myth is exactly the kind of place I was searching for when I decided I wanted to learn how to lift. The private training sessions with Ali have been the best investment I’ve made in myself. She’s such a great teacher and I am so much more comfortable with my ability to train on my own now that I’ve learned from her. The space is a wonderful gym, never feels crowded and everyone is so welcoming.
