What is the Lisbon City Tax 🏙️?

The Lisbon City Tax is a mandatory fee for all guests staying in the city. It’s €4 per person, per night, for up to 7 nights, and applies to guests aged 13 and older.

This fee is separate from your booking total and needs to be paid before check-in. You can easily make the payment via wire transfer or a credit card link—our team will assist you with the process!

What is included in the apartment?

We’ve got everything you need to feel right at home! Here’s what’s included to make your stay comfortable and stress-free:

Towels and linens: Fresh and ready for you.

Dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and shower gel: We’ve got all the basics covered, so you can just relax.

Fully equipped kitchen: Whether you’re cooking a quick meal or making coffee in the morning, you'll find an oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

Washing machine, iron, and hair dryer: For those longer stays or if you just want to freshen up.

If you need any extra supplies, special requests, or anything else during your stay, just let us know—we’re always happy to help and make your experience even better!

What's the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is available from 3 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

To help us prepare for your arrival and departure, please share your expected times with us. If you’d like to request an early check-in or a late check-out, just let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

Where can a find my key?

We are proud to offer a keyless experience for your convenience! Access to the apartment is provided via a secure entry code, which will be sent to you before your check-in.

This means:

No need to worry about losing keys or late arrivals!

You can enter the apartment at your leisure using the provided code.

Where can i Park my car?

Parking in Luísíadas Street and the surrounding areas is free! There are plenty of parking spaces available, and you should be able to find a spot for your car or van in less than 5 minutes. Just be sure to check for any specific signs or restrictions that might apply in certain spots.

What about Public Transport Directions?

The easiest way to get here is by train or bus. We’re just a 10-minute walk from Alcântara Train Station, and there are also bus stops nearby.
Alternatively, you can take an Uber or Bolt for a convenient ride directly to the apartment.

Is there a Coffee Machine?

Absolutelly!
Check with our staff if it's a capsules machine or powder, and you can grab them at the mini market just around the corner. Make sure to use the right brand for a great Portuguese coffee experience ☕—perfectly paired with a pastel de nata 🥮! Enjoy!

What about rubbish disposal?

To keep things tidy and comfortable for all our guests, please dispose of your rubbish in the designated bins on the street. You’ll find them just down the road, and on your left, there’s also a recycling center for separating recyclables from general waste.

Where should i Drop-Off the key After Check-Out?

Please leave the key back in the lockbox designated for your check-in. The code will remain the same, as we only change it after your stay.

If the key is lost or left inside the apartment, a charge may apply to cover the replacement cost.
