My experience with State Farm was great! Ernestine was very polite, and knowledgeable about the policies and procedures regarding adding my new vehicle to my plan. She answered all of my questions, concerns, and provided me with my new quote, and ID cards. Lastly, she emailed me my new documents that I needed, without any delay. Great Job Ernestine, and State Farm!
