What kinds of events does the Hytten Hall Student Committee organise?

We organise all sorts of events throughout the year. From crazy orientation week shenanigans to chill workshops and study sessions, we've got something for everyone. And we know the way to a person's heart is through their stomach - we have a ton of food-related events (our favourite kind). We're basically fuelled by food and good times.

If you're the sporty type, you'll love this: we also organise sporting events and compete against other colleges. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for some friendly competition, there's a place for you on our sports teams.

While we love having a good time as much as any other resident and university student, it's not just about the food and parties.

We are here to create a strong sense of community at Hytten Hall. We want everyone to feel welcome and included, which is why we organise events where people can meet each other, make friends, and get the most out of their university experience.

What's the deal with sports at Hytten Hall?

Hytten Hall has a bunch of sports teams you can join, no matter your skill level. This is completely separate from UniSports, it's in house among the accommodations.

We play against other colleges in a friendly but competitive atmosphere – it's all about having fun and repping Hytten Hall ❤️💛🤍

We've got everything from AFL,Table Tennis and Rugby to Volleyball, Swimming and Badminton (and many more..)
