Tried 9D breathwork for the first time and boy was it powerful. Mel held a really safe space for us and I really enjoyed the 'release' session. She has a great introduction offer so you can try it at a reduced cost. I will definately be back. Highly recommend. Found it more powerful than regular breathwork.

They say "trust the process"....that's exactly what I did in my first breath work class, and what an incredible experience it was. Yes, alot of emotions came up, but the environment created by the team at Conscious Breath allowed me to feel comfortable and supported. I will definitely be back for more sessions!!!
