1. Is onsite training or support available if needed?

Onsite support is available at a rate of ₱8,000 per man-day, which typically covers up to 6 hours of training.

2. When does my subscription start, and how is the billing period calculated?

Subscriptions always run from the 1st to the last day of the month. Payments on or before the 7th start within the same month; payments after the 7th start on the 1st of the following month. Mid‑month start dates are not applied. This applies to all subscription plans.

3. Why does the login URL change after signing in, and why should I bookmark my company URL?

Please bookmark your company’s URL: companyname.zkpayroll.com.
After logging in, the system will automatically redirect you to a different URL as part of our security process. This added step helps protect your account and ensures a safer login experience for all users.

4. Do trial users receive customer support and training?

Trial users receive full customer support, just like paid subscribers. Support is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with online training offered by appointment through your sales officer or Viber group.

5. Does the system require an implementation fee, and what is the expected setup timeline?

There is no implementation fee. Our platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to set up. During the trial period, our team will guide you every step of the way to configure the system and align it with your company’s attendance policies.

The trial period also serves as your implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to live use once your subscription becomes active. All setup and support—from trial through paid subscription—are provided remotely and are fully included.

6. Can the platform be customized to meet our company’s specific policies and requirements?

We do not accommodate niche or client-specific customizations. However, if our team determines that a requested change would benefit a broader segment of our client base, it may be considered for future development as a platform enhancement. Please note that no specific delivery timeline can be committed, as development priorities depend on the overall product roadmap and scheduled feature releases.

7. If we use a third‑party system (e.g., accounting software), can it pull data from your platform via an available API?

Yes, our platform provides an API that can be used for system integration. To proceed, clients are required to schedule a coordination meeting with our technical team to discuss integration requirements and details. Your assigned sales officer will assist in arranging this meeting and guide you through the next steps.

8. When will an invoice be issued for an advance subscription renewal?

For advance renewals, invoices will be issued only during the month when the renewed paid subscription officially starts.

9. What is the payment schedule for renewing subscriptions under each plan?

Access to the platform will be temporarily suspended if the renewal payment is not settled on or before the 7th of the succeeding month. For example, if the subscription ends on March 31, 2026, the renewal payment must be received on or before April 7, 2026. Failure to remit payment within this period will result in a temporary access restriction.
