Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows result in paying another holding fee to reschedule scheduled service. Deposits are applied toward your appointment and are forfeited when the cancellation policy is not followed. Emergencies and genuine unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Your appointment time of 90 minutes is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest quality care while protecting my time as a service provider, please be prepared on time to complete any required forms before your appointment. Session begins 10 minutes into the appointment time providing time for set up and consultation while the full service time and fee will still apply. If I arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting you, you reserve the right of the $30 refund returned. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves disrespectfully, violates professional boundaries, or engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
