Question 1

Do you have a shop?

Accepted Answer

Our products are freshly made to order only and we offer collection or delivery (if the product will be able to withstand courier handling). So no, we do not have a physical shop.

Question 2

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Easy! Browse our menu, choose your treats and send us your order via WhatsApp. Treat Dealer is a made-to-order business, so we’ll confirm availability, pricing and your collection/delivery details before we start dealing.

Question 3

How far in advance should I order?

Accepted Answer

We recommend following our guidelines and ordering as early as possible, especially for larger orders, celebrations and custom confectionery. Some everyday treats may be available with shorter notice, but we don't promise miracles… even Miss Butterscotch has limits. 😉 We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute cravings when we can.

Question 4

Do you offer delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery may be available depending on your location, order size and date. Delivery fees and arrangements will be confirmed when you place your order. Collection is available if you're based in Mandeni. Delivery is an option if you're based outside Mandeni.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Treat Dealer is cashless, which means we accept online payments through our website and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided when your order is confirmed. Your order is only secured once the required payment has been received. No payment, no deal — we're sweet, but we're still running a business.

Treat Dealer

The good side of temptation... We're a made-to-order treat business dealing in fresh bakes, custom confectionery + treats for your furkids. Choose your deal...
