Schedule Workout

For every 1 hour you assist with training sessions, you’ll earn 1 workout
credit. Once you’ve earned 4 workout credits, you can redeem them for 1
free 1 hour training session of your own!

you’ll understand the game!

skills from players you're helping. Plus, you can ask questions and

free workout session tailored to your specific goals!

How to Sign Up:
1. Contact us to express your interest in joining the program
2. Schedule a time to assist a workout and start earning credits
3. Start earning 1 credit for every hour you help out
4. Once you’ve earned 4 credits, redeem them for your free workout!

How it works:

1. Refer a friend to Tough Minded for a basketball training session.

2. Your friend will need to schedule and attend their first workout with us.

3. Once they complete their first session, you’ll receive a 1 hour workout credit to use for your next session.


There’s no limit to how many free sessions you can earn! The more friends you refer, the more workout credits you can accumulate.

Refer a Friend and Earn Free Workouts!

Clients who cancel a workout with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled workout price.

For same-day cancellations, clients will be charged 50% of the scheduled workout price plus a $15 late cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled workout time will be charged the full session amount.

If an emergency arises within the 24-hour window, please contact me as soon as possible. In the case of an emergency, the cancellation charge may be waived at my discretion.
