What is TMUGivesBlood?

TMUGivesBlood is a student organization at TMU focused on providing information, as well as hosting events on campus to promote blood donation. We are partnered with Canadian Blood services and run by students!

What does TMUGivesBlood do?

We run a ton of events on campus: you can find us at tables set up in the Student Learning Centre, or hosting blood donation-related events throughout the year, whether it's a group donation or social event to raise awareness!

When did TMUGivesBlood begin?

Our organization was started in fall of 2024, and has been rapidly growing ever since.

How can I get involved as part of the organization?

The TMUGivesBlood team hires members, both general and executive, each semester. Keep an eye out on our social media and D2L announcements to get updates about our hiring seasons and how to apply.

Do I need to donate blood to be a part of TMUGivesBlood?

No. While we do promotion for blood donation, members of TMUGivesBlood do not need to be donors in order to spread our message and get involved in events!
