* Booking
To book an appointment, please use the booking link and select your preferred date, time, and chosen service. A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment sent to mtl.tips514@gmail.com and will be deducted from your total. 

Mobile service is available. All appointments are given a brief consultation on nail health prior to beginning the session.
All inquiries are welcome via DM.

* Cancellations
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Late Arrivals 20 minutes or more may result in appointment cancellation.

* Payment
Cash only. Deposits are also accepted via e-transfer.


Policies

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if there are concerns regarding nail health, safety, or client behavior. By booking, the client acknowledges the risks associated with nail services, including but not limited to minor cuts, allergic reactions to monomers/polymers, or heat spikes. The client agrees to hold the technician harmless from any claims arising from the service, provided standard sanitation and safety protocols were followed. Services may be adjusted if necessary to maintain nail health and safety. Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies or health conditions. I am not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed information.

Foreign removals must be mentioned at the time of booking to ensure enough time is blocked off. 

Mobile service available. Local travel fee within my area. Additional travel fees will apply outside my service area. - $25

Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on nail length, design complexity, and condition.

* Allergies & Comfort
Please inform of any allergies or sensitivities.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information. I am not liable for reactions or complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.

* Minors
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Aftercare / Disclaimer
Gel-X can typically last 2–4 weeks depending on nail health, lifestyle, and aftercare. Proper aftercare helps maximize retention. No guarantees are made regarding wear time, as results vary from client to client.

* Warranty
Any issues with retention (lifting or chipping) should be reported within 48 hrs for a complimentary fix. After 48 hrs, repairs will be subject to a fee per nail.


Terms & Conditions 

For mobile services, an electrical outlet must be provided. Travel fees are non-refundable once the journey has commenced, even if the service cannot be completed due to safety concerns. For home-based or mobile services, please ensure a smoke-free and distraction-free environment (no young children or unrestrained pets in the immediate work area).
