Absolutely fantastic from the warm welcome has we arrived. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. The food was of high quality, the quantities were perfect. Freshly cooked and piping hot. Value for money was perfect. Definitely a place to visit over and over again.

Booked on the off chance they could fit us in, and from the very first phone call the lady I spoke to was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. I don’t usually enjoy eating out for a Sunday lunch, but after Christmas I really didn’t fancy cooking — and I’m so glad we came here. The Sunday lunch was genuinely great. We also had starters beforehand and they were just as impressive; the chicken strips in particular were really tasty. The service throughout was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back.

In a time when darkness runs over England it is wonderful to find a place so inclusive, with such warmth and which also provides good food and Ales.

Wonderful staff, food cooked to perfection and a warm atmosphere throughout.<br>Dog friendly which instantly makes everything better, however, there are dog free areas too so good for the non dog lovers too. A great range of food and drink suitable for all ages!

We called here on Saturday for dinner 2 starters and 2 mains (1 x lasagna and 1 x mix grill). All the staff here are very friendly and polite. The food was amazing and the price is nice too. The menu as lots to choose from so we will be going  back, I should also say that the lager is spot on and cheaper than a few other local pubs. We would recommend anyone to give this a try.<br><br>I can say in the past we stopped going in this pub because it was very clicky and the staff didn't seem to want to serve you, it's now the total opposite, it's a very nice pub with very friendly staff.
