What started as a joke between my daughter and I from a poster she saw on a power pole in Richmond has turned a great mid week focus for me. Great bunch of dads, focused on fitness, sharing experiences of fatherhood and having a general laugh together. Whether a newbie dad or years of experience it’s always great to share. Plus a benefit for general health and fitness. Give it chance!

Have really enjoyed coming to this. Great balance of fitness and social connection for dads of all ages. Wednesday evening HIIT style training followed by either clubhouse chat or pub visit! Also other opportunities to catch up either at Parkrun or park trips with the kids. Well organised and welcoming group for new members.

Vincent and Lonnie have created an amazing space for Dads of any age to hangout, catchup and exercise. Things that that are all too easy to overlook when juggling life, work and family. The workouts are fun, they are run by a professional PT and are tailored to any fitness level. The chats/catchups are both informal and powerful. If you are feeling alone, isolated, or just struggling with the demands of being a parent, swapping stories with other Dads can be incredibly cathartic. The program is very reasonably priced, and with the first three sessions being Free, you have nothing to lose to come down and give it a go.
