What is a Virtual Math Camp?
Is your child ready for some fun? Are they interested in learning more about math and playing games? You are in the right spot! I cannot wait to spend time with your kiddo and help them keep the learning going this summer!
I am a teacher and a parent, and I know the challenge it can be to keep your child from falling behind over the summer. That is why I created this Adventure Camp! 

This camp will be run through Google Classroom/Google Meet by Sheryl Uehling from Tutoring with Sheryl. There will be two classes. 
Kindergarten-2nd graders will log into a Google Meet and learn how to play math games that they can play at home with you and your family members. Sheryl will provide a Google Classroom where families can find links to online games, printable games, and directions for activities that families can all enjoy together.  
3rd-5th will log into a Google Meet and learn how to play math games and other strategy games that they can play at home with you and your family members. Sheryl will provide a Google Classroom where families can find links to online games, printable games, and directions for activities families can all enjoy together. 

Dates and Times:   Thursdays: June 8, 15, 22, and 29th
K-2 Times: 9:30-10 AM
3rd-5th Times: 11:00-11:30 AM

$30 from July 1st 
Note: Must use a gmail account to sign up for this event. All gmail accounts are free. The programs I use work via your gmail account.

When filling out the form, please add your child's name and grade in school so I can get them registered for the correct section!

Are you a parent who is looking for a great place for your child to spend a little time with others learning about reading and having fun? I am a parent and a teacher and I know how hard it can be to keep the summer learning going in a fun, educational way! 
If you are seeking a safe, fun, and educational event filled with reading fun, you are in the right place! Be sure to get registered to get all of the details!

Dates and Times:   Thursdays: July 6, 13, 20, 27  
K-2 Times: 11:00-11:30 AM
3rd-5th Times: 12:30-1 PM

What is a Virtual Reading Camp?
This camp will be run through Google Classroom/Google Meet by Sheryl Uehling from Tutoring with Sheryl. There will be two classes. 
Kindergarten-2nd graders will log into a Google Meet and listen to stories read by Sheryl. She will then post adventures for your child to do that center around the book she has read to your child.  There will be 4 sessions. If you sign up for a session and cannot attend, you will get a video link to the reading and can still do the fun activities to go along with the book for that session. 
3rd-5th graders will be reading Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls and doing a discussion and activities that center around this book. You will need to get a copy of this book so you can follow along with our adventure!  The class will be held via Google Meet with 4 virtual meetings as well. Again, if your child is gone and cannot attend one of the sessions, you will get a video link of the meeting for that week. Activities will be posted to Google Classroom, they are optional, but we will discuss them each week.
