I am a passionate English educator and Educational Leader with extensive experience teaching at the secondary and higher secondary levels. Holding an M.A. in English Literature and a B.Ed., I am committed to developing students' communication, critical thinking, and language skills through engaging, learner-centered teaching practices.Currently, I serve as a PARAKH-HPC School Nodal Officer, supporting competency-based assessment, teacher training, and holistic student development initiatives aligned with national reforms. As an educator officially trained under the Inspector of Schools (KADC) and the Karbi Anglong District Academic Council, I actively lead the grassroots implementation of NEP 2020 frameworks. I also drive educational and community-learning activities through coaching, volunteering, and regional language development programs.My professional interests include English Language Teaching (ELT), Educational Technology, AI in Education, Assessment & Evaluation, Instructional Design, and Educational Leadership. I continuously enhance my expertise through professional development programs, including NEP 2020 Compliance, TEFL, UNESCO ICT Essentials for Teachers, AI for Teaching, and other international certifications.I
