Working with Sam has been amazing. I have worked with her for c.1 year as a 1:1 client, as well as joining the monthly real life club and group deep dive coaching. I can honestly say I don’t think I would be where I am today without her. I went to Sam thinking I just needed to learn how to create space in my mind to think about business ideas. Little did I know i actually needed to go back about 20 years and work through / heal from my past in order to move forward successfully. It’s been a rollercoaster ride, but Sam has been my constant, my go-to person without judgement, and there really aren’t many people in life you can really do that with. I am now in a place where I am much healthier in; - they way I speak to and about myself, especially the language I use - My response to stressful situations - My accountability of my actions - My healing journey and how I manage my feelings - Money mindset - Managing fears and perceived expectations For anyone wondering whether this is for them, I cannot recommend Sam enough - my journey has been truly life changing.

Sam has a knack of empowering you, almost unconsciously, with a wonderful supportive reframe to encourage you to thrive. As coaching goes, it’s no nonsense, show up and give it your all as it’s an investment in yourself. The values instilled and techniques shared however, are priceless.

I found Sam through her Real Life Club, at a time when I felt both my voice and confidence had gone. I new I had a spark in me but needed someone to help me see it, feel it and own it. Sam has been that person. I’ve grown so much through our conversations and I love how she brings her experience with realness that we’re ALL on a journey, but we can step into what lights us up! A year on and the: growth, achievement and most importantly, how much more comfortable I am with me…has been awesome. As she says - it starts with you…but Sam has helped me see that ‘I am capable!’

Sam run a deep dive programme which I was fortunate to be a participant and it has had such a positive impact, truly complimenting the work I been actively doing to support my ongoing personal development. We all have a story, and Sams approach really helped me discover the trauma from my childhood, teens and early adult life doesn’t have to hold us back. Her breathwork and meditation is something else, enabling emotions that have been deeply trapped inside to come to the surface and be released, so you can start the process of healing and moving forward. The mind is such a powerful tool, and if you are seeking someone to help you reach within and pull out the elements you may or may not know are holding you back and to become more mindful and emotionally aware using various techniques then please reach out to Sam! Sam and I had mutual friends in common from Networking groups, she came to my attention, just when I needed her. Recently bereaved after losing my amazing Mum, newly divorced, my daughter had flown the nest, I had lost my job because of Brexit and then diagnosed with an aggressive skin cancer, just as COVID hit, and a severe lockdown here in Spain, no wonder I felt overwhelmed,lonely and my confidence had taken a battering. What has followed had been a 2 year rebuild, with group sessions and 121 Coaching, hard truths but also hugs in abundance. That is the power of Sam Adams! She made me believe in myself again, live in the now,stop making excuses and grab life by the balls and live every day like your last! Having just completed her brand new Deep Dive programme, I implore anyone who has reached a crossroads to sign up for programme ....it's life changing..... I’ve worked with Sam for a little over two years and what an amazing experience it has been. I was in a very dark place when I first met her , but with dedication, trust, consistency, raw honesty (which has hurt at times) true grit, compassion and now a great friendship, I can honestly say she has pushed me to completely turned my life around and live the real me. It hasn’t been all sunshine and roses, but I trusted Sam and the process implicitly to know my better me was waiting on the other side. I cannot thank her enough for believing in me and kicking me up the arse when I needed it the most. I am living and truly still on my path to my best life and will continue on this path with Sam by my side as a coach and a very dear friend.
