Introductory and pre-boarding questionnaires are designed to streamline the interview and onboarding stages by gathering necessary information early. They also provide you with an opportunity to share extra context or ask questions in advance, allowing our team to address them before we meet so you remain fully informed.

Our team will review responses. If you're a match, we'll reach out you via the email you provided with a Google Calendar link to book with us!

"What can I expect if I'm selected to interview?"

Accepted Answer

💻 Joining the Call: Candidates are admitted via Microsoft Teams (no sign-in required) at the scheduled time. If we’re ready early, we may invite you to start sooner; there is no penalty for declining.
🕰️ Lobby Delays: If you're in the lobby past your start time, I'm likely finishing with a previous candidate. I appreciate your patience.
💥 Technical Issues: If you have trouble connecting, please email alayna@canvassamerica.com so I know you are trying to join.

Question 4

"Are there any requirements I need to meet before booking?"

Accepted Answer

Firstly, make sure you first complete whichever questionnaire you were sent (pre-boarding or introductory) so that we have a way to contact you and streamline the interviewing and onboarding processes if applicable.

Apart from that, reliable access to personal transportation and a valid driver's license are requirements for this role. Additionally, you must own a personal smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of running mobile canvassing apps for data entry and GPS tracking. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not book an appointment, as it will have to be cancelled upon review of your responses.
