We had an excellent experience with Nathan! He came out at 8:00 p.m. for an emergency and worked until almost midnight to make sure everything was taken care of. He replaced our hot water tank and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We truly appreciated his dedication and willingness to stay late to get the job done right. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional plumbing service!

I couldn't be happier with the service Nathan provided. He replaced our water heater and made the whole process easy from beginning to end. He was quick to respond, kept me updated throughout the job, and was flexible in working around my schedule, which I really appreciated. His pricing was very fair, and there were no surprises. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Everything was completed professionally, and he left the area clean when he was finished. It's not always easy to find someone you can trust, but Nathan definitely earned my confidence. I'll be calling him again for any future plumbing needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I have used Nathan and Platinum Plus Plumbing for several of my properties and projects, He has done toilet replacements, water heater install, gas line install, drain inspection/install, and he is now helping me with an ADU project… His communication and quality of work has been excellent. He keeps all his promises and exceeds them at times… I highly recommend his services… His prices are competitive compared to other plumbing companies.. Nathan prioritizes customer satisfaction over everything else.. Give PPP a try.. you won’t regret it!

I can't say enough good things about Platinum Pro Plumbing & Rooter Services! Nathan (the owner) and his crew were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I had a plumbing leak coming from my bathroom that was leaking underneath my home, and they came out as soon as possible to inspect the problem. They thoroughly examined everything, took photos of the damage under my house, and clearly showed and explained exactly what was going on. Nathan and his team were professional, patient, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They truly went above and beyond to make sure the plumbing issue was repaired correctly, and they backed their work with a great warranty, which gave me complete peace of mind. I highly recommend Platinum Pro Plumbing for any plumbing repair, whether it's a small job or a major plumbing issue. Their customer service, workmanship, and professionalism are outstanding. Thank you, Nathan and crew, for an excellent experience!

I had an excellent experience with Nathan from Platinum Pro Plumbing in Whittier and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. Nathan came out to clear my main drain at a great price and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would, communicated well throughout the entire process, and got right to work. What really impressed me was the advanced equipment he used, including a camera inspection and pipe locating technology that allowed him to show me exactly where my sewer line runs. When I asked about the possibility of replacing the pipe in the future, Nathan immediately took the time to explain the process and show me how it would be done. He provided a wealth of information without any pressure and without charging extra for his time or expertise. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely willing to educate and help their customers. Nathan was friendly, respectful, efficient, and extremely honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue, handled the job professionally, and made sure I understood everything before he left. If you're looking for a plumber who is dependable, knowledgeable, punctual, and trustworthy, Nathan at Platinum Pro Plumbing is the person to call. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

Nathan had great communication. Was prompt with his replies and went to extra mile to come prior to the install to make sure we had all the items we needed. Was on time for the install and was a pleasure to work with. He helped me install a RO unit and a glass rinser. Very competitive pricing. Would recommend!
