Fast , reliable, affordable, immediate service. I was traveling to Yauco from Canada, and my phone display had a hardware glitch. I could not reset the phone because of specific apps required to access my business. At 9am I walked down the hill to PhoneTronic, and by 10:30 am, my phone had a new screen and was perfectly operational, for a very fair price. Great helpful service, in English (for tourists) and all my problems solved. In the meantime, I hung out and played a retro video game and enjoyed the AC. If they couldn't get the job done I would have had a pretty rough next few days, but they got it sorted out and in only 90 minutes it was like the problem never happened. Very grateful!
