Fitting fee + What to expect

To ensure every bride receives our full attention, each fitting session is privately reserved for 1.5 hours.

As our gowns are crafted using premium fabrics and delicate workmanship, a fitting fee of RM35 applies per appointment. This allows us to maintain the quality and care of each piece while providing a comfortable fitting experience.

The RM35 fee is fully redeemable upon gown booking.

How long does custom made takes?

Accepted Answer

Custom-made takes at least 3 months! (Same as custom to rent service) The best time to start is 7 months before your big day, because it’s a full one-on-one service—measuring, designing, fabric shopping, and back-and-forth consultations all take time to get it just right.

What is the differences between fully custom-made vs custom to rent?

Both go through the same process—fully custom-made is yours to keep forever, while custom-to-rent is made just for your day and then returned.

For oversea bride, i am not based in Malaysia how do i take measument?

No worries! We’ll guide you step by step over a Zoom call to take your measurements at home, and we’ll send you a draft sample too (shipping fee not included). Your custom piece will fit perfectly—even from afar.

What is draft sample?

Accepted Answer

A draft sample is the first version we make before using your chosen fabric. It helps make sure the final piece has the perfect fit and measurements. (Specially for cheongsam)
