How far in advance should I book my charter & can I request a specific date or time?

We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially during peak periods.

The booking system allows one charter per day. Once your date is confirmed, we’ll work with you to finalise timings that suit your schedule and weather conditions.

What is included in the charter price?

Pricing includes the full round trip and all fishing equipment. You’re welcome to bring your own fishing gear, please just let us know in advance. Meals and drinks are not included; however, catering packages can be arranged through one of our providers, or you may bring your own food and beverages. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol.

Prices vary depending on the charter service selected. Custom charters are available, with pricing provided on application.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment due 7 days prior to your charter date.

Is the vessel fully licensed and insured?

Yes. Our vessel is fully licensed and insured. Copies of our certification and insurance documents are available for your review.

Are life jackets and safety equipment provided?

Yes. Life jackets are provided on board for all passengers. We ask that you try on your life jacket and familiarise yourself with it before departure.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will contact you to discuss rescheduling your charter or arranging a full refund.

What should I bring on the day of my charter?

Please bring any personal medication, sufficient hydration, food and beverages you may require, along with a towel, swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, and any snorkelling gear you wish to use.

Is there storage space on board for personal items?

Yes, storage space is available on board for personal items. We recommend limiting belongings to one small bag per person. A toilet is available on board for emergency use.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the charter date receive a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit
Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date receive a 50% refund of the total charter price
No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the charter date

Can I change my booking date after confirmation?

Yes. Date changes are permitted if your booking is more than 14 days away. We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and weather conditions.

What happens if I need to cancel due to illness or travel delays?

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. While we are unable to guarantee refunds outside of our cancellation policy, we will always do our best to assist where possible.
