Oaklands Committee Nominations

Grace, my wife, and I moved into 1 Timms Close pre-Christmas 2017. Before this we lived in the West London area. Through 2018 + there was further development of the estate and a continued presence of contractors and estate management. However since completion there has been minimal involvement from the developer or First Port management. It would be highly beneficial for us all if management was to be in the hands of residents On a personal level I am now retired having spent my working life in Telecommunications and Television broadcasting. I have over the past years Served on committees as Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer etc. I feel those posts are better suited to the “younger generation”. I am happy to serve as a committee member. I love cycling and in the past have acted as a mentor for “newbie” riders. I don’t ride quite so much these days but keep active using a local gym
