Question 1

Are deposits required to book a project?

Accepted Answer

For custom hand-painted banners, a 50% deposit is required after design approval to confirm your order and begin production. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

For window art, murals, and other custom artwork, deposit requirements and payment schedules will be provided with your personalized quote before booking is confirmed.

Question 2

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand plans can change! Refund eligibility depends on your project’s progress.

Before Work Begins: A full refund is available if cancellation occurs before production, painting, or project-specific purchases begin.

After Work Begins: A partial refund may be available based on progress, including time, materials, preparation, and expenses already invested.

After Significant Customization: Refunds may be limited or unavailable once artwork has been substantially customized or completed.

All requests are reviewed fairly, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Question 3

Can I make changes to my design after approval?

Accepted Answer

Clients have the opportunity to review and approve their design mockup of the project.

Once painting begins, design changes are not guaranteed. Additional modifications may result in extra charges or changes to the completion date.

Please carefully review spelling, names, dates, colors, and other personalized details before approving your design.

Question 4

Can I reschedule my project or change my completion date?

Accepted Answer

We understand schedules change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests based on availability and project progress.

Banner completion dates may be adjusted depending on production status. Rush and priority orders have limited flexibility.

Window art and mural appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. Weather or unsafe working conditions may also require adjustments.

Additional fees may apply if changes affect materials, equipment, or previously arranged services.

Question 5

What if I have an issue with my completed artwork?

Accepted Answer

Because our artwork is custom-made, completed projects generally cannot be returned or exchanged solely due to a change of mind.

If your artwork differs materially from the approved design or you have concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, corrections, repairs, replacements, or refunds may be offered.
