Accepted Answer

Yes, I am a fully licensed real estate agent.

Accepted Answer

Typically the requirement is the renter’s income must be 3 times the rent (i.e. $2,000 rent = $6,000 monthly income).

Question 5

What is considered proof of income?

Accepted Answer

• 3 to 6 of your most recent paycheck stubs
• bank statements (if self-employed)
• tax transcripts
• offer letter from employer on official company letterhead

Question 6

Why should I work with you instead of searching on my own?

Accepted Answer

Apartment hunting can be time consuming and frustrating. As a licensed independent agent, I can handle everything for you!

Question 7

When is the best time to start looking for an apartment?

Accepted Answer

Ideally you should begin your search with a locator 60 - 90 days before your current lease ends.

Question 8

What if I have bad credit, an eviction, or a criminal background, can you dtill help me?

Accepted Answer

The properties I work with require a 600+ credit score, no broken leases or evictions, and no criminal records (felonies and misdemeanors). If any of these apply to your situation it will make it more difficult to get approved. Sometimes I am able to find alternative options but your best resource would be to work with a second chance locator or property.

Question 9

What other expenses will I be responsible for other than base rent?

Accepted Answer

You will generally be responsible for the following:
• Wifi
• Cable
• Electricity
• Water / sewage
• Renter's insurance
• Gas (if applicable)
• Community amenity packages
• Additional fees (pets, reserved parking)
