Hello and welcome! I'm a UK MTIH Certified Advocate (teaching the Metabolic Approach to cancer for an anti-cancer lifestyle), trained by Dr Nasha Winters ND. I'm currently working with UK MTIH Doctors providing cancer prevention lifestyle advice & improving outcomes for cancer patients. I use the MTIH Terrain 10 lifestyle questionnaire to assess and identify which of your terrain elements are out of balance. It helps determine where to focus and what the potential next steps are. Dr Nasha says 'consider it an at home self-assessment'. The questionnaire is not intended to prevent, treat or cure cancer but we use it to highlight awareness. As an MTIH Advocate, I've been trained to use this questionnaire to assess lifestyle factors affecting each person. This is a bio-individual approach so please go ahead and take the test.
