Hi! I’m Martina, a Certified Yoga Teacher. My classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a warm, welcoming space. To ensure personalized guidance and attention for everyone, sessions are kept to small group sizes. More than just a yoga class: my goal is to build a friendly local community. Think post-class coffees, social dinners, and future workshops where we can connect and grow together off the mat. Come as you are, all levels are welcome!
