I have bought a house using Mik as my realtor and I have also sold land with her and she is 10/10. She doesn't try to BS you and she is very proactive and doesn't mind showing you the same house 3 or 4 times because you just can't decide if it's the perfect house. And then once you decide you want it, she doesn't mind showing it to you once more to just get you hyped about buying it. Use her, she's great!

Mikayla was super easy to work with, stayed ahead of the curve throughout the home search and buying process. She was very resourceful, able to answer any questions I had and we were able to land the perfect home. Lifetime realtor for me! I highly recommend working with her!

We had a great experience working with Mikayla, who also happens to be my sister! She’s been helping us look for a home for quite awhile and has always made herself available whenever we wanted to go see houses or had questions. When we finally found the home for us, she gave us great advice during negotiations. We were debating between asking for $ off the purchase price or $ toward closing costs, she suggested we be aggressive and ask for both. It paid off because the seller accepted our offer exactly as we wrote it, saving us 1,000’s. She also connected us with a lender who was very knowledgeable on VA loans, thorough and helpful. We had run into some issues with other lenders, but after switching to her recommendation, everything went smoothly and we closed on time. Even with a few hiccups on the seller’s end, Mik stayed on top of it all and made sure the inspection items got taken care of. We’re thankful for all her help, she is professional, proactive, (and good-looking) haha 😆, she made our home-buying process simple and fun.

Also, she is very knowledgeable about VA loans which from my experience is not the case with most realtors.
