Greetings of the day.
I want to inform you that I took a loan of 4,50,000. The loan account number is PL-2253. I had taken this loan for 5 years and I have closed it by paying 8 lakh rupees. If I do not receive a resolution regarding this soon, I will be compelled to take the help of the consumer court. This loan appears on Experian, CIBIL/CIRF, TransUnion, and Equifax reports, all of which show that I have outstanding debts, preventing me from obtaining any loans. I have been very troubled for a long time and I have already deposited the full amount once. I have also attached the NOC copy in the email. Please assist in closing this.

This is Very bad experience with your finance company my loan no. TW976 feb 2024 month emi is bounce due to your staff careless I shared him my debit card details to him in strating, for auto debit process but he didn't done it, & i was not awre about that, yes i got call from your custom care she told me sir today  your emi will deduct but i said no worry i have  auto debit facilities so it will be, she said it you don't have auto debit facilities, last 2emi we deduction from your checks, now all checks are finished, there nothing option for emi deduction, ts all happen due to your staff negligence, it was totally wrist custom experience.
