The Kansas Birth Justice Society (KBJS) is building a powerful network of partners, grassroots organizers and mobilizers to advance birth equity and reproductive justice across our state. We are partnering with other organizations and with passionate individuals who want to make a difference in our communities by advocating for better maternal and infant health outcomes, supporting reproductive equity initiatives, and uplifting underrepresented voices.

At The Matrescence Center, we know self-care is power, and community care is how we thrive. This is your space—where Black and Brown families who are pregnant or raising young kids come together to connect, build, and take action on the issues that matter to us.

Liberation Place is a secular, inclusive mutual aid space where the community comes together in solidarity to meet each other’s needs. We provide free, no-strings-attached baby supplies, reproductive health supplies, and referrals for all pregnancy options. As a Kansas Birth Justice Society initiative, we are committed to reproductive justice, respecting and trusting individuals to make the best decisions for themselves. Liberation Place is welcoming to all, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, and is not a crisis pregnancy center. It’s a space where dignity, support, and community thrive.
