My first time doing breathwork and it really was a wonderful experience. Myself, 3 sisters and my mum had a weekend away and wanted to do something relaxing and a bit different. Oisin was amazing throughout. We started with meditation and continued on to do breathwork. He explained everything and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I wasn't sure what to expect from it but we all went away feeling so much lighter and overall feeling much better in ourselves. I would highly recommend it. Oisin was such a joy. I even got his playlist afterwards I loved it all so much ❤️

Had my first breath work session with Oisin. He was very welcoming from the moment I arrived. He is full of knowledge explained things so well and made me feel comfortable straight away. The session was brilliant and il definitely be back and also to try other treatments he provides. Very talented person and well worth a visit
